If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them to us within 14 days.
Purchased but not shipped: 10% purchasing fee.
Shipped but unused (within 14 days): 25% restocking fee.
No returns after 14 days.
Any returns are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the goods, including cost of shipment.
We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials as it is important that you package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. We also recommend insuring the shipment. Failure to properly package your Lucio Wall Lamp for return shipment may lead to your refund or repair request being denied if the product in question should arrive damaged.
If the parcel arrives in bad condition and products inside are missing or damaged you need to make a complaint immediately to the delivering company, e.g. DHL. Please also contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems such as damages, defective products or, in any way, incorrect orders. Hidden damages are to be reported to Above ehf (email@example.com) immediately after you have discovered the problem, not later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.
Please note that we need photos of the parcel and the damaged items sent to us in order to handle your complaint.
If returning any product, after agreed with our Customer Service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage, mark the package ”RETURN” and return it to our adress (see below).
Returning a product
When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. To avoid unnecessary costs, always mark the package ”RETURN” and return to:

The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 14 days from the day that the product is delivered to Above ehf. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you.
You can always cancel your order before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your cancellation must be written in form of an E-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below. If your order is already dispatched from our warehouse, you have the right to send it back according to our policy.
If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail.

Above ehf is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend packing returned products in the original container/box or similar. Furthermore, we recommend insuring the shipment.
If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to notify the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Particular attention should be given when receiving bulky goods, e.g. furniture.
We urge you to inspect the packaging of the shipment regarding obvious damages before signing the shipping documents. In case of damages they have to be reported to the shipping agent immediately, and they have to be set out in writing on the shipping documents of both you and the transportation company’s copy.
Please also contact our customer service, so that Above ehf is able to protect its rights to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported to Above ehf (email@example.com) immediately after your notice, no later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.
